Woody Spiers brings a unique blend of civic leadership, business acumen, and deep roots in the community to his real estate practice. A graduate of the University of Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and proudly played baseball as an M-Club member, Woody has spent decades building and serving his community.
His extensive background includes 27 years owning a Chevron/Texaco petroleum distributorship and serving as the Mayor of Picayune from 1989 to 2001. A licensed Realtor since 2003, Woody is also the owner and residential developer behind Bailey Switch Development Co., Inc.
Deeply committed to local growth, he serves as Chairman of the Board for FNB Bank of Picayune, sits on the Board of Directors for Partners for Pearl River County, and is an active member of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Picayune Kiwanis Club. Outside of his professional life, Woody is devoted to his wife, Susan, their three grown children, and two grandchildren.
